Sorry to whoever came here looking for news of possibly another season after The Origination. I haven’t even started The Origination yet. I’ve only just finished Aria The Natural. And well, it was pretty damn magical.

I was lucky to grab all of The Natural and almost all of The Origination (I’m missing episode 10… help?) a day or three RIGHT before the licensing was announced and I couldn’t be happier about my luck. Unlike Gurren Lagann, I could sense that this series was going to be something I would loved from episode one of The Animation. I saw it right before I went for my first year of college and it made one of my best summers ever even better.

A similarity to my Gurren Lagann experience was that I was not able to watch The Origination until now. I mean, I dare not watch it during school where there was distractions abound. I didn’t want exams or silly drama getting in my way. Aria is just one of those shows where you know that if you start it, you must give your heart to it and you will get it back ten fold.

As of this writing, I just finished the Natural about 30 seconds ago and it’s already inspired me to write SOMETHING about it. The problem: what is there to say that already hasn’t been said? I can only say that “it moved” me so many times, can I not? I suppose the only real way I can show appreciation for this show is through my emotions. I’m not gonna spew rabu rabu poems about it now, as it’s pretty much indescribable how this series has touched me. So I will take another approach.

Now I have many questions. Like, if embarrassing remarks are INDEED not allowed… then why has nothing happened to Akari yet? There HAS to be some kind of retribution for breaking that rule so many times, amirite? That leads me to conclude that Aria is telling us that breaking the rules is okay because nothing will happen to you. Fight the power indeed.

And what about Cait Sith? I. He’s. It’s. BIG. Question Mark?

And in The Origination… what was up with that one episode where she was almost spirited away?! Why you gotta turn the tables like that so suddenly and spook the crap out of me, Hal Film Maker? I’ve been watching a few episodes before bed each night and I happen to watch this episode last one night. I was so scared to sleep…

As for GrandmaxMailman… well, I’ll just leave those questions unanswered.

I initially planned to write another post as this episode was finishing up (which will come after this), but before I knew it, I reached the end of The Origination and I just couldn’t keep it in anymore. I really wont know what to do with myself when I finish The Origination. It’s series like this that I live for.
